AutoVirt offers the Delta Dental Premier network for our dental coverage. Employees and their eligible dependents are free to visit any dentist, participating or nonparticipating.

Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
AutoVirt provides a Medical/Dental Flexible Spending Account (FSA) whereby employees can withhold up to $4000 in pre-tax income to use against approved medical and dental expenses not otherwise.

Short-term Disability
AutoVirt provides 90 days of short-term disability coverage at 100% of the employee’s salary.

Long-term Disability
AutoVirt provides long-term disability with a monthly benefit of 60% of monthly salary up to $6,000 per month.

Group Life Insurance
AutoVirt provides term life insurance benefit of 2.5 times salary up to $250,000 maximum benefit.

Time off
Holidays
The Company offers ten paid holidays per calendar year. Eight holidays are selected by the Company in advance. Two floating holidays may be selected at the discretion of the individual employee.

Vacation
AutoVirt employees accrue up to three weeks of vacation annually.
