Josh Klein, Chief Executive Officer

Josh Klein has over 25 years of highly successful management and operational experience, and has spent the last 15 years working in Information Technology. He has an outstanding record of growing organizations and has served in numerous executive management, sales and operational roles. Prior to joining AutoVirt, Josh was President and COO of GlassHouse Technologies, the leading independent services provider in the Storage and IT Infrastructure space. He was also Vice President of Professional Services at EMC and held several executive management positions with IBM. Josh was also a manager with Ernst & Young’s Consulting Practice. Josh holds a MA from Middlebury College and a MBA in Systems and Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Josh is a former member of the board of directors of Buckingham Browne & Nichols, a coeducational day school in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has served a combined 21 years Active and Reserve Service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Josh is decorated for his roles in the Gulf War and the Global War on Terror.   

Klavs Landberg, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Klavs Landberg has over 30 years of successful experience as a software executive in engineering and product development. Mr. Landberg has significant expertise in operating & file systems, networks, and storage systems. He has held executive management positions at Regnecentralen, Datapoint, Alliant, CLARiiON, and Sun Network Storage. Mr. Landberg is the founder and visionary behind AutoVirt and has served as an executive in several other early stage companies. He received an advanced degree in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Thomas Fraser, Vice President of Sales

With over 25 years of domestic and international IT industry experience, in both direct and channel sales management positions – across the enterprise messaging, knowledge management and security markets, Thomas Fraser enjoys a unique depth and breadth of expertise. Prior to joining AutoVirt, Fraser served as Vice President of Sales at Panda Security, a leading provider of cloud-based security solutions. In this position, Fraser increased total sales by 21% while growing channel sales by over 35% year-over-year. Prior to Panda Security, Fraser held senior domestic and international sales management positions with Kaspersky Lab , Entegrity Solutions, Beyond Inc. , and Lotus. Thom Fraser graduated with honors from The University of Edinburgh, having majored in Business and Psychology.

Ed Spies, Vice President of Finance and Operations

Ed is an experienced executive with over 15 years of successful business, accounting and financial management experience. Ed has held executive management positions at Idiom Technologies, where he played a key role in the company’s successful sale to SDL Plc, as well as River Ridge Consulting and Books24x7.  Mr. Spies began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  He has a BSBA from Clarkson University, a MBA and MS in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
