Klavs Landberg has over 30 years of successful experience as a software executive in engineering and product development. Mr. Landberg has significant expertise in operating & file systems, networks, and storage systems. He has held executive management positions at Regnecentralen, Datapoint, Alliant, CLARiiON, and Sun Network Storage. Mr. Landberg is the founder and visionary behind AutoVirt and has served as an executive in several other early stage companies. He received an advanced degree in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Warren is a proven sales executive with over 17 years of experience focusing on early stage, venture-backed technology companies. Most recently, Warren was the VP of North American Sales for Akorri Networks. Warren led a successful sales turn around for Akorri which resulted in a profitable acquisition by Network Appliance in February 2011. Warren implemented a Channel Sales program, rebuilt the sales team and developed a successful sales process which resulted in a 350% increase in Akorri's quarterly revenues. Prior to joining Akorri, Warren was the National Sales Director at Virtual Iron Software. As the initial sales hire at Virtual Iron, Warren helped build and launch a successful sales model that drove over 3,000 customers and led to the successful acquisition by Oracle in June 2009. Prior to joining Virtual Iron, Warren spent 6 years building SpeechWorks (now Nuance) from its first customers to a $160M public company with the 12th most successful IPO of 2000. Warren has also held sales positions at Open Development Corporation and Vicorp Interactive Systems, both early stage software companies that were successfully acquired. Warren attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and Leeds University in Leeds, England.

Ed is an experienced executive with over 15 years of successful business, accounting and financial management experience. Ed has held executive management positions at Idiom Technologies, where he played a key role in the company’s successful sale to SDL Plc, as well as River Ridge Consulting and Books24x7. Mr. Spies began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has a BSBA from Clarkson University, a MBA and MS in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Caesar Naples brings over two decades of experience in software product development and management, including extensive experience leading entrepreneurial teams and developing new systems architecture. He draws upon his experience at small and large companies to build high-energy, high-output teams. These teams build and deliver leading-edge solutions with unprecedented quality. Prior to AutoVirt, Caesar was the Director of Software Development for Iron Mountain’s Archiving and Storage-as-a-Service line, which focuses on providing hosted search and storage technology for the management of petabytes of data. He successfully created and led the advanced development team that architected, designed and implemented a new paradigm in search and storage platforms for Iron Mountain. Caesar joined Iron Mountain through the acquisition of Connected, where he led Software Development and QA teams for the company’s email archiving products. Previously, he was Chief Architect and Development Manager for Cisco’s high-performance network security product, Access Registrar™. Earlier in his career, Naples was instrumental in designing the “next generation” distributed search platform for Lexis/Nexis. Caesar holds a BS in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
