1.  Get Ready

Domain and Network Requirements
-  Administrator account and Active Directory (AD) read/write credentials
-  AD running in Windows 2003 mode or better (not Windows 2000 mixed mode)

Server Configuration and Requirements
-  Microsoft Windows Server
           Hardware requirements: Dual Core CPU, 2 GB memory
           Software requirements: Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit); IIS 6 with ASP.NET

-  The section "Installing AutoVirt - Single Server Configuration" will walk you through the install

3.  Go!  (Download Now.)

When you click "download software", you'll be presented with the AutoVirt installer (AutoVirt_30_Setup.exe).  Save this file and refer to the Single Server QuickStart Guide for next steps.

AutoVirt's advanced features require a Multiple Server configuration, which pairs a global namespace for client referalls with AutoVirt policies.  The Multiple Server configuration requires three servers, AD and DNS credentials, and a license key.
