AutoVirt Archiving Policy
By archiving data, IT organizations can meet compliance requirements and ensure that their best-performing storage devices are not wasted on rarely accessed data. By applying filters to select files of a certain size, type, or create/modified date, IT can selectively choose data to move to tier 2 systems.
The AutoVirt archiving policy is schedulable, allowing IT to designate when and where files of a certain type should be archived.
